Why blue? 

The semi-precious gemstone, lapis lazuli, has been used throughout history. Prized for it’s deep royal blue hue, when lapis lazuli is ground up into powder, it forms a pigment called ultramarine blue. In the Middle Ages and Renaissance, artists reserved the color for the best of the best, typically to depict royalty, due to it’s rarity and expense. Live in the Blue serves as a reminder that God saves his best for us and wants to light up the canvas of our lives in ultramarine blue! You matter. You have purpose. You are unique and rare. My hope is that you discover how to live in YOUR blue.

Diet, exercise, rest and a number of other lifestyle factors are common to the longevity that people experience in the blue zones. What if we realize we have the ability to live that healthier, more joyful life right where we are?
